In 2015 I moved to the outskirts of Port Perry with my family. Moving from Stouffville to a couple of acres and immediately beginning an organic garden and an attempt to "live off the land." Through that we discovered that hard work does pay off and yielded beautiful fruits (and veggies) of our labour. Along the way we may have acquired some organic chickens and the freshest of eggs too!
After 20 years in the Dental Industry with a strong focus on education in nutrition, I headed back to school in 2013 and obtained a Culinary Education as a Chef from George Brown College.
Culinary Contessa was born after I realized the demand for great, nutritious food was only a thought to most families. Let's face it, preparing meals for the family is an exhausting task that leaves us with more questions than answers.
It is with great pleasure that I graciously serve you and your loved ones with the utmost respect in any kitchen.
